Les Palmares Villas is located in Bangtao area, a peaceful community adjacent to Laguna area. Our villas are easily access to Banyan tree golf course, and nearly tourist attractions Layan Beach, Bang Tao Beach and Surin Beach. That is a magnificent location; the villas are suited for peoples want to rest in tranquil and quiet atmosphere with them beloved one, friend and family.
Three Bedrooms
This classy three-bedroom Modern Asian pool villa is the quintessential living home. The moment you arrive at in, you will enter the premises through remote controlled gates that open up to a large landscaped garden and car parking space for two-three vehicles. The interior of the home is classy in appearance but also maintains that homely feel. With three bedrooms, and a private swimming pool, which is the centerpiece of the entire property, the aesthetics and facilities are the best. A mixture of ceiling fans and ducted air-conditioning throughout the villa gives you lots of choice. The high ceiling also provides tremendous airflow, and you just need to open doors and windows to have a nice temperature inside.
You enter the open plan living room, directly through double teak doors at the entrance. Once inside, you will notice the area is surrounded by tall glass windows, which overlook the private swimming pool and the surrounding lily pond water feature. Features such as the sleek wooden vaulted ceilings and a choice of teak furniture create an Asiatic paradise to unwind amongst and absorb. The teak settee and cushioned chairs seat seven persons and provide a great vantage point to enjoy the surrounding beauty. The open spaces of the living area make for a very comfortable environment.
The western style kitchen is part of the open plan living space, perfectly positioned next to the dining area with its 6-seat wood/glass dining table. The kitchen is very spacious with granite work surfaces and many wooden units ideal for storage.
There are three bedrooms in the villa, which all enjoy the choice of ceiling fans or the refreshing airflow of the ducted air-conditioning. The Master Bedroom is fully laden with a fine selection of Asian artworks and wooden fixtures that create an edgy yet comfortable vibe. The king size bed is the ideal place to lounge and relax. This bedroom enjoys superfluous poolside views and direct access. The two guest bedrooms have a similar layout, both sporting king size beds, walk-in wardrobe rooms and ensuite bathrooms.
There are four bathrooms in the villa, three of which are ensuite, while the fourth is a stand-alone bathroom for guests with a toilet and washbasin. The Master Bedroom has a beautiful ensuite bathroom in the open-air, with a soothing Jacuzzi, showers, washbasin, toilets and a bidet. Stargazing whilst soaking in the Jacuzzi is something that everyone should try once in their lifetimes. The two guest bedrooms have fully equipped bathrooms with toilets, washbasins and showers.
Two Bedrooms
This 2 Bedrooms Modern Asian pool villa is the pinnacle of comfort. Accessed via an electronically controlled gate, you will immediately be greeted by a covered carport and a tropical garden.
The interior of the home has high ceilings, which ensures tremendous airflow. The U-shape design of the villa surrounds the private swimming pool and its adjoining cascading water feature, which means you, can enjoy scenic pool views from the Master Bedroom, living room and kitchen.
Access the lounge at the entrance of the villa through carved double teak doors, the living room benefits from a top-notch selection of comfortable and beautiful teak furniture. With tall ceilings, ducted air-conditioning and picturesque wooden vaulted ceilings, the environment oozes elegance. The teak furniture against the gleaming white ceramic floors creates a classy feel. From every part of the lounge, you can look out towards the swimming pool through the surrounding tall windows.
The kitchen and dining room are located directly next to each other, and has large granite work surfaces and lots of storage space. The wood/glass 6-seat dining table is just footsteps from the main kitchen area, and gives you a beautiful pool view, especially in the nighttime.
The two bedrooms have king size beds, air-conditioning and ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms, and are beautifully decorated with the same Modern Asian theme that runs throughout the entirety of the villa.
There are three bathrooms in the villa, two of which are ensuites, whilst the remaining one is for guests and situated next to the kitchen.These unique ensuite bathrooms really are excellent features of the property. The Master Bathroom is open-air with a fabulous Jacuzzi, open showers, washbasins, a toilet and an adjoining bidet. Although the bathroom is outdoor, you still have untold privacy. The ensuite bathroom in the guest bedroom also has a toilet and washbasins and an open-air shower, which really is a unique feature.
